Easter 2020…A new beginning

As Easter approaches, we are blessed with a tremendous amount of hope for new beginnings filled with brighter days ahead. Having hope brings joy and excitement as we embark upon this new season of life by celebrating our Saviors resurrection. “Because of the empty tomb, we have peace. Because of His resurrection, we can have peace during even the most troubling of times because we know He is in control of all that happens in the world.”
– Paul Chappell

To me, Spring has always represented a rebirth/new season of life that provides a sense of peace. As the sun brightly shines, we are surrounded by beautiful trees, green grass, colorful flowers, singing birds and fresh air. These peaceful things are reminders of a shared faith and hope for a new beginning. ”Having faith gives us hope for this new beginning. “The great gift of Easter is hope – Christian hope which makes us have that confidence in God, in his ultimate triumph, and in his goodness and love, which nothing can shake.”
– Basil Hume
Embrace this Easter with hope, love and peace in your soul!
